Since 2019, NordVPN partnered with Pixly to inject life into their influencer campaigns. We gave influencers creative freedom to bring their personalities into NordVPN segments, breaking the mold of typical, bland VPN ads. We partnered with carefully chosen influencers like Drew Gooden, Noel Miller, and Bernadette Banner to create engaging and relatable content on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and podcasts, highlighting NordVPN’s benefits in a way that connected with their audiences. By weaving in personal stories and real-life use cases, we turned what could have been technical content into entertaining, must-watch videos and streams.
To keep momentum, we streamlined the process, scaling the program to activate hundreds of influencers each month and reactivating top performers to boost NordVPN’s visibility. This approach not only increased subscriptions but also made NordVPN a household name in the crowded VPN market.
